: I have a HP laptop with windows 10 and I have had a lot of problems with it and have had 2 different online outfits try to fix it with no luck. My question is, is there any way to uninstall windows 10 and load windows 7

Yes, there is - assuming you upgraded to Windows 10 (meaning you didn't do a clean install). Click on Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.” If there is a “Go back to Windows 7” option, you are in luck. Click the "Get started" button to get rid of Windows 10 and restore your previous Windows 7.
