I believe you are right, it would take multiple batch files to do all those things. As for exporting into a spreadsheet, I haven't heard of a batch that could do that. Maybe somebody else has.

: : I have A LOT (hundreds) of txt files in multiple subfolders, spread across 4 networked servers. They contain data (name, company, tax id, phone number, etc.). I would like to make a batch to search all files in all of those subfolders, and export certain info into a spreadsheet (actual filename searched, and specific data found inside: name, company, tax id, phone).
